Ingredients
- 2oz Monday Gin
- 1oz Blueberry Basil Kombucha
- .75oz Cinnamon Syrup*
- .5oz Fresh Lemon
- 2 Dashes Ginger Bitters
- Basil Leaves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients plus two opal basil leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold then strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with two opal basil leaves and a dash of cinnamon.
*For cinnamon syrup, boil 8oz water in sauce pan with 3 cinnamon sticks until water is reduced by half. Add 1 cup sugar and simmer till dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool before using. ๐
