Spicy Pineapple Mezcal Sour
Ingredients
- 2oz Monday Mezcal
- 3/4oz Pineapple Syrup or Pineapple Gomme Syrup
- 1oz Lime Juice
- Sliced Jalapeno
- Pineapple wedge
- Hot Salt or Tajin
Instructions
Combine mezcal, pineapple syrup, lime juice, and sliced jalapeno (more or less slices to desired spice level) to a shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly. Pour into short glass with ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and Tajin rim
