Sour Gin Strawberry
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Monday Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2-3 ripe strawberries, hulled
- 1 egg white (optional, for frothiness)
- Ice
- Strawberry or lemon slice, for garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker to release their juices.
- Add Monday Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds to create froth.
- Add ice, then shake again until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry or lemon slice.
