Sour Gin Strawberry

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Monday Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 1 egg white (optional, for frothiness)
  • Ice
  • Strawberry or lemon slice, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker to release their juices.
  2. Add Monday Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to the shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds to create froth.
  4. Add ice, then shake again until well-chilled.
  5. Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry or lemon slice.
