Rose Water Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2oz Monday Gin
• 1oz Fresh Lemon
• 1oz Rose Water Syrup
• Soda Water

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour Monday Gin, lemon, and simple syrup. Shake and strain to your fav glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with rose petals.

Simple Syrup Instructions:

Simmer 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small pot until the sugar dissolves. Remove and let it cool. Add in 1 teaspoon of rose water.
