Coconut Margherita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Monday Mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Cointreau or triple sec
- 1/2 oz coconut cream (for creaminess and a smooth white appearance)
- 1/2 oz agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice
- Dried lime or orange slice, for garnish
- Salt or coconut flakes (optional, for rim)
Instructions:
- Rim a short glass with salt or coconut flakes (if desired). Fill with ice and set aside.
- In a shaker, combine Monday Mezcal, lime juice, Cointreau, coconut cream, and agave syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a dried lime or orange slice for a festive finish.
