Coconut Margherita

Mezcal-rita non-alcoholic cocktail with Monday Mezcal

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Monday Mezcal
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream (for creaminess and a smooth white appearance)
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice
  • Dried lime or orange slice, for garnish
  • Salt or coconut flakes (optional, for rim)

Instructions:

  1. Rim a short glass with salt or coconut flakes (if desired). Fill with ice and set aside.
  2.  In a shaker, combine Monday Mezcal, lime juice, Cointreau, coconut cream, and agave syrup.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with a dried lime or orange slice for a festive finish.
